Men who beat up their wives or girlfriends will be prosecuted even if their partners drop the charge

It looks like its time to educate Britian's top policeman on the realities of domestic violence. Ian Blair has a very distorted view of them, and because of that the UK is about to launch a very sexist terror campaign including prosecuting men even after the women drop charges and a series of fear and hate generating billboard ads making men look like monsters. But Sandra Horley from Refuge reassures us “Domestic violence affects us all – perpetrators need to know that they cannot get away with violent crime and women and children need to know that they will be protected.” Thanks Sandra, I feel so much better knowing that. Article here.

If anyone has contact information for Mr Blair, please post it here so we may share our concerns with him.

Title IX protects whistleblowers

CJ writes "The Supreme Court expanded the scope of a landmark gender equity law, ruling Tuesday that it shields whistleblowers who accuse academic institutions of discrimination based on sex. Now the floodgates are open... Lets hope that the ruinious effect Title IX has had on lower profile men's sports can find a way to use this law when the next men's sports team gets dropped because there isn't enough interest among the women in the same sport.

False Accusations

Mangesh writes "Chief Police Prosecutor and other senior police officers of India's West Bengal state say laws that unduly favor women must be changed. According to them, in `violence against women' cases, the man is usually presumed guilty unless proven innocent. This encourages women to make false accusations. Article here."

Purell Denigrates Men

Jeffrey Asher writes "[Regarding] Purell Sanitizers:

Purell’s television advertisement, “You can’t touch this,” has alerted the world to the primary infection vector: men.

Purell shows a man leaving the washroom without washing his hands; a boy in daycare dribbling nasal mucous on a ball; and an obese man sneezing explosively on supermarket shelves and a shopping basket. The victims of such masculine slovenliness and irresponsibility are all female.

Prostate Cancer Article

Anonymous User writes "Here is an article on prostate cancer that makes some good points, and actually appeared in print. Maybe the main-stream media are starting to consider the possibility of being relevant to the 50% of their customers they usually ignore?

Paternity by Choice: The Reasonable Person Test

Stephanie Frostic writes "We American women are at liberty to freely accept or decline parenthood, but it is illegal for a man to even attempt to do the same, and it is indeed politically incorrect for a man to even think of such concept. Fortunately, in law, there is ‘the reasonable person test,’ and it reveals the unconstitutional absence of male reproductive rights."

To learn about the reasonable person test and how to argue it for male family planning rights, see “Paternity by Choice: The Reasonable Person Test” at http://www.paternitybychoice.com

Georgia Residents: Support HB 221

MANN administrators received the following with a request to post it:

"The misandric-ridden state of Georgia is in the process of reforming its antiquated and tyrannical child support laws. The reform legislation is HB 221 which would take in consideration the custodial parent's income, 90+ percent of the time the mother, in determining child support. Presently, only the non-custodial parent's income, 90+ percent of the time the father's, is used in determining child support which of course is completely nuts."

BBC.com: More female dead, bigger tragedy

Ahh the BBC at it again here. Like MSN, leave it to them to use the tsunami to pander to feminists. If 80% of th dead were men, believe me, no one at the BBC would bother mentioning it. It ends with this dig at the male sex:

She added it is important to work with men who had lost their wives and teach them how to care properly for their children.

Sigh....

UNH examines discrimination at "Patriarchy Slam"

Ray writes "This New Hampshire newspaper reports on the "Patriarchy Slam held in the basement of UNH's Memorial Union Building the evening of March 10," here . One comment describes the event as "a public feminist poetry event where women wore scissors on their necks and talked of castrating rapists." Another comment speaks of the event's participants as, "using the scissors to pop balloons that spelled out "The Patriarchy,'" A UNH vice president says, among other things, "We're not finished dealing with the whole issue...""

Looks like the feminists are backpedaling. Unfortunately, something in that quote "not finished dealing with the whole issue" sounds like "are finished dealing with this part of the issue", but we'll see how this develops. - Hombre

Mom accused in child porn plot

cnewbyuk writes "Even though this is an extreme example, I'm still shocked at the levels some women will go:-

Story here."

That's what happens when people become convinced that others aren't as human as they are. Without 50 years of feminist propaganda dominating the media, this very well might not have happened. - Hombre

2 women arrested for rape hoax

CJ writes "Story here.

Two women get caught lying about a girl getting raped by an armed kidnapper - this sent a SWAT team to the house and closed city blocks. To quote the feminist mantra "women do not lie about rape" -indeed."

I wonder if any feminist mantra will ever stand up to honest investigation? - Hombre
