Mom’s blistering rant on how men should be blamed for all unwanted pregnancies going crazy viral

Article here. Excerpt:

'Members of the Church of Latter Day Saints, commonly known as Mormons, are a conservative group who aren’t known for being vocal about sex.

But best selling author, blogger, and mother of six, Gabrielle Blair, has kicked that stereotype to the curb with a pointed thread on reducing unwanted pregnancies. And her sights are set directly at men.
...
She wrote a Cliff’s Notes version of her thread on her blog:

If you want to stop abortion, you need to prevent unwanted pregnancies. And men are 100% responsible for unwanted pregnancies. No for real, they are. Perhaps you are thinking: IT TAKES TWO! And yes, it does take two for _intentional_ pregnancies.

But ALL unwanted pregnancies are caused by the irresponsible ejaculations of men. Period. Don’t believe me? Let me walk you through it. Let’s start with this: women can only get pregnant about 2 days each month. And that’s for a limited number of years.'

I was once alone with three young Mormon women in a car for about 30 minutes. They were aged in range 19-23. We had an interesting discussion about Christian Trinitarianism, the Arian Heresy, and polytheism in the LDS tradition.

In my defense I refrained entirely from asking all three of them to marry me. I was so well-behaved even a #MeToo freak would have fairly glowed at my exemplar behavior.

But yeah I did entertain fantasies of the three of them jointly and severally ******ing my ***** and trading long wet French kisses with each other, touching one another through their very conservative clothing and then in turn they would ****** each other with a ******* while they all ******* and **** ***** ********** ************ .... then I would stick my **** into **** and **************^^%$*&((*$%^#$@#

Sorry.

*ahem*

Anyway, yeah, you have to remember that Mormonism is THE original patriarchal religion, no doubt about it. In a patriarchy men are both responsible for everything because they are empowered to do just about everything. In a matriarchy women are empowered to do just about anything but blame men for whatever bad outcomes arise.

So you see either way, we have the bear to cross. But I'll take crossing a bear over spending my life whining about men all the time.

So it comes as no surprise the author is a Mormon if only because in Mormonism men are considered super-powerful people while women are sort of like the people who give birth.

Still, I find it humorous, her whole point. Women have The Pill. The Nuvaring. They can say No Ramses, No Sex and mean it. They can keep their legs closed. They can do what I wish more of them would do and go gay or bi. Ok so yeah, I like to watch. Most guys do.

They can abort, without dad's permission at that.

They hold all the cards. All of them. AND YET, Mrs. LDS thinks it's all on us. I have seen this screed X-posted on social media several times and it always has a posting comment like "Yes!" and "Preach on sister!"

So it goes.
